About Invicctus
The Vision
Premium seating and hospitality have become one of the fastest-growing parts of sports and live entertainment, and corporate hospitality is growing right alongside it, as brands and agencies invest more heavily in high-touch client and guest experiences. Invicctus is built on a simple idea: premium shouldn't just mean a premium price — it should mean a premium, quality experience commensurate with it. Too often, price and quality don't grow at the same rate, and the gap shows up in inconsistent delivery, guests who don't feel the difference, and experiences that fail to justify the investment behind them. We work with brands, teams, venues, and rights holders to build hospitality programs and operations rooted in operational discipline and firsthand experience at the highest levels of sports and entertainment.

The Founder
Sam Tippit is the founder of Invicctus. He brings over 15 years of experience in premium hospitality, spanning operations, sales, budget management, client relations, and on-site execution across professional sports and live events. His path led from the event operations side of a professional sports franchise into golf, where he spent close to a decade leading the hospitality program for the most exclusive and premium event on the golf calendar.
Sam lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife, Colleen, and their daughter, Cecilia (Cece).
The Name

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

This poem was shared with me in my hospital bed during my second cancer diagnosis and was instrumental in my beating the leukemia on the way to a successful bone marrow transplant.
An extra "C" has been added to the name to represent my daughter Cecilia (Cece). The logo reflects the "bent" gates flanking the word on either side as well as a black pit in the middle. This poem properly reflects the values of this company as we seek to achieve our vision, no matter how strait the gate or how charged with punishments the scroll.
